Hey girl, it’s time to get your adventure on! This multi-sport adventure is not for the weak at heart. We are going to be adventuring our faces off in one of my favorite places in the world, Carbondale, CO. Summiting the majestic Mount Sopris, whitewater rafting the Colorado River and mountain biking through forests on single and double track trails. Being near town on this adventure gives us luxury to help our bodies and minds recover by soaking in some natural hot springs, walking on reflexology paths and attending a private yoga class after working hard all day.
Day 1: Meet your new best friends. Grab a rejuvenating workout together at the local gym with instruction from your coach, Jenny LaBaw to prep us for the fun ahead.
Day 2: Mount Sopris Summit. 5500ft elevation gain (and drop) as we summit Mount Sopris (12,966ft)
Day 3: White water raft and kayak the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers
Day 4: Mountain bike local favorite spot, Prince Creek with an option of single track trail or gravel road, or mixture of both.
