Fitness

Programs designed for all levels of fitness, stages of life and varying budgets to help you feel better, get stronger and look good in those jeans.

My Approach

My approach to fitness is the same as my approach to all things health and wellness related. It’s not a quick fix or a magic pill, but rather a lifestyle. We are made to move. We are made to be strong. We are made to be pain free.

With my programs, we get your body moving through the ranges of motion it is made to. The way that happens varies from person to person. But, with each program we will work on strength, conditioning, breathing, posture, mobility, stability and recovery. I will guide you through safe progressions, reducing the risk of injury, to make you stronger, healthier and more ready for your life.

Those motions where you shoot your hips back and bend at your waist, are called hinging movement. In the gym these translate to deadlifts.
